Ronja Prinz
Ronja Prinz entered the film industry as a child actor, learning early what it means to tell stories that resonate. She later worked in television film production, where she turned down a promotion to pursue what she actually wanted: producing music videos. With no contacts in the music industry, she built her network from scratch and went on to work with a wide range of artists and brands.
In 2021, she founded STUDIO 11:40, a production-led creative studio built on a foundation of high aesthetics and a clear mission: to shift the mindset of the German commercial industry and introduce new tonalities into a landscape that tends toward the conventional. As Executive Producer with a strong creative vision, she is dedicated to bringing out the best of each individual project, championing diverse perspectives and making the case that commercial work can carry both visual excellence and cultural substance. She is also a lecturer at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and a board member of Produktionsallianz, shaping the industry from within.
