I'm a Creative Director with 15+ years in advertising. I started my career at Y&R, then moved to Leo Burnett where I led creative for brands like McDonald's and Samsung. After successful stints at VMLY&R, I joined LePub, where I worked for Barilla, Lavazza and Garnier. Diana Milesi is an Executive Producer based in Barcelona with extensive experience in audiovisual production and a long-standing trajectory at CANADA, where she has been part of the team since 2013. With a background in international service production, she brings a broad and cross-border vision to projects across film, photography, and advertising. In 2020, she launched and currently leads CANADA’s Photography department, overseeing both its strategic and creative development. Bayleigh is an internationally awarded creative from Aotearoa New Zealand. Prior to joining Droga5 London, she's spent time cooking up ideas at FCB New Zealand, an indie start-up; The Yarn Agency, and most recently Saatchi & Saatchi London for the past two years. She's made weird & wonderful work to sell in Footlongs, gambling bets, hellish pizza, the UK’s most posh supermarket and tourism to her favourite country… NZ, of course.

Matt Rowean is a Partner and Chief Creative Officer at MATTE Projects. Bringing over 20 years of experience, he oversees all creative services within the company and develops visually appealing content and marketing campaigns for leading brands in the fashion, tech, music, and lifestyle space. Mariana Bernlochner is Head of Talent & Culture at Sterntag, a creative production company based in Germany. Known for creative intuition, Tara is an Executive Producer at Freenjoy, a global award-winning creative production company. Originally from East London and shaped by time spent in Cape Town, New York, and Los Angeles, Tara brings an international and culturally resonant lens to her work. With a foundation in editorial, she has since played a key role in shaping music videos and commercials for global brands including Nike, Apple, Honda, Adidas, and New Balance. Donata is in music and sound business for over 15 years and has quite a few awards on her cv. Growing up, she played the piano and was a punk rock singer. Since 2022, she has been part of Tracks & Fields as the head of operations and music supervisor Poland, working with major brands like Pepsi, IKEA, McDonald’s, just to name a few..

Gen Sadakane is a creative director and cultural strategist known for blending art, design, and technology into distinctive brand identities and experiences. Rachel Tauwnaar is an award-winning music supervisor. From creative direction to original composition, she brings a versatile skillset to every project. She has collaborated with directors such as Felix Brady, Judith Veenendaal, Paul Geusebroek, Nina Aaldering and Mario Clement. In 2022, she co-composed the music for G-Star RAW – The Rhythm of Denim, which became the most awarded commercial of that year in the music category for original composition. Alongside her role as Music Director at Ambassadors Berlin, she writes and releases music under her self-titled artist project.

Before that he was Group Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett on the global FCA account for the brands Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, both in Turin and Detroit. His work has been awarded at major international festivals including Cannes, D&AD, Clio, NY Festival, The One Show, Andy’s, LIA, Golden Drumm and Eurobest. He has served as a juror in many festivals including two editions of the Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, Clio and ADCE. Former VP of the Italian Art Directors Club, he is currently board member of UNA (the Association of Italian communication agencies). He is the creator and co-founder of IF!, Italy’s most important festival of creativity.

Inseeyah Stieldorf is a seasoned creative professional based in Hamburg, Germany, specialising in campaigns and integrated communications. With a background that includes a BA in English and an MFA in Advertising, she has crafted campaigns for well-known global brands such as Apple, Adobe and Sony. Currently she is the creative lead on the Audi account at Scholz & Friends.

Gabriel Waldvogel is the Managing Director and Executive Producer at LE BERG, a production company known for bold, visually-driven campaigns. Raised in Switzerland, Gabriel began his career on film sets, where he quickly fell in love with film production — a passion that led him to Germany to study at the renowned Filmakademie BW. Martin Gillen is half Irish, half German. Unfortunately, he has a famous actor cousin from Dublin. So, he knew that the universe wouldn't allow two famous Gillens at the same time and buried his dream to become a rockstar. That's why he focussed on his second passion: storytelling. Fast forward to now, Martin is an accomplished Creative Director at Scholz & Friends with a particular passion for exceptional and authentic storytelling and how music can elevate it. He worked for many big brands like Telekom, o2 or Volkswagen. And his work has been recognized at international and national awards shows like Cannes Lions, LIA, New York Festivals, One Show, ADC Global & Germany or the ANDYs. Seems like the universe was still quite generous with him.

Ramona Todoca is a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam. Born in a small mining town in Transylvania, she left Romania to study graphic design at SCAD in Savannah and Hong Kong. She spent her 20s in New York City, cutting her teeth at Ogilvy, HUGE and Droga5, and is now biking through her 30s in Amsterdam shaping global at W+K Amsterdam. Zigzagging between continents and disciplines, Ramona has made global work for tech and design brands like Apple, Google, IBM, Nike, Hulu, Meta, Samsung, Ubisoft and Miele, making them all 0.1% more likeable, desirable and entertaining. Outside of work, Ramona co-founded UNFINISHED, a multidisciplinary festival in Bucharest, designed the printed matter for a Venice Biennale pavilion and travels exclusively for art shows and mountain hikes.

Seb Bruen is a Creative Director of Sound & Music at No.8 London. Working on a myriad of projects from advertising to shorts, features, docs, installations and VR projects. Working with renowned collaborators like Ian Pons Jewel, Terence Neale, Hector Dockrill, Meji, Abteen, Zhang + Knight, with brands like Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Facebook, Porsche and Jaguar. After eight years at BIGFISH Filmproduktion—culminating in her role as Managing Director—Dagmar joined Akkurat Studios in 2020 as partner. Since 2024 she is a founding member of RENEGAT Berlin, a collective known for pushing boundaries in visual storytelling. Dagmar’s sharp eye for narrative, strategic insight, and deep industry experience make her a respected voice in creative advertising and an influential presence on this year’s jury.

Martin Richter entered the film industry in 2013 as a production assistant at Soup Film and quickly immersed himself in all aspects of production. After gaining hands-on experience in nearly every role on set — and directing more than 50 commercials along the way — he developed a deep understanding of the process behind great storytelling and the dynamics of strong, creative teams. Today, as Managing Director and Executive Producer at Soup Film, Martin focuses on shaping the future of commercial film production: more collaborative, more agile, and more sustainable. He is committed to developing formats and workflows that reduce environmental impact while keeping creative standards high. With a passion for innovation and a clear eye on what's next, he works closely with clients, directors, and crews to push boundaries — and to produce work that matters.

Franziska Gregor is the Managing Director at Serviceplan Culture in Berlin. With over 17 years of international experience in the creative industry, she has honed her expertise at leading agencies such as TBWA, DDB, and Grey. A recognized figure in the German advertising scene, she regularly shares her insights on cultural marketing, media, and technology at events across Europe and is frequently quoted in the press for her perspectives on these topics. Previously, Franziska served as the Creative Partnerships Lead for DACH/NL at TikTok Germany, where she established impactful collaborations between the platform, creative agencies, content producers, creators, and brands. Lewis Crossfield is a multi award-winning colourist, working with some of the most well-known directors in the industry, including Megaforce, Seb Edwards, Georgia Hudson, and Ian Pons Jewell.Lewis draws on over 10 years of experience from working at some of the best post houses in the country, if not the world. His collaborative attitude and technical ability allows him to always bring the best out of any directors vision.
