Kai Stöcker is Managing Director of Lipstick, the Berlin-based all-in-one film studio founded by Sebastian Strasser, where production, VFX and AI work seamlessly together across the creative process. He leads the studio’s integrated model, combining traditional filmmaking craft with cutting-edge AI workflows and award-winning visual effects to give directors and creators greater control from concept to final pixel.

An experienced producer and business leader, Kai focuses on scaling creative operations, optimizing workflows and enabling teams to deliver ambitious, meaningful work in a rapidly evolving media landscape. Before joining Lipstick, he held senior leadership roles at Monks, Deloitte Digital and ACNE Studios, where he gained extensive experience leading international teams, managing complex productions and driving innovation at scale.
