In 2025, Berlin Commercial shifted toward a more concentrated format after years of increasingly large celebrations. The week opened with the festival’s biggest kick-off event to date alongside Tracks & Fields before moving into the main programme at a cinema in Friedrichshain, where four screening rooms presented the complete shortlist across commercial work, music videos, and personal projects – nearly 24 hours of films throughout the day.

Alongside the screenings, the conference programme featured BBDO, Serviceplan, and Ogilvy discussing creative leadership in uncertain times, while Psyop and Temple Caché reflected on projects including collaborations with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre. Condé Nast and MATTE Projects also shared insights into their creative practice and evolving work across culture and content.
